I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and registered with the associations AfSFH, NCH and CNHC. I am also insured and DBS checked. My approach is caring, confidential and professional. Hypnotherapy sessions do not dwell on the past but concentrate on the present and the future. My sessions should be something you would look forward to and afterwards leave feeling just that bit more ‘bright eyed and bushy tailed.’
Hypnotherapy can be useful for a variety of issues and progress can be made within about 4-10 sessions. This is just a guideline as each case is different. We would regularly review and agree our schedule.

Combining Hypnotherapy with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This therapy operates within a scientific background using knowledge of how the brain works with the added relaxation benefits of using trance.
